How long does 10DLC approval take?
Brand registration is usually 1–2 business days. Campaign approval is 1–4 business days depending on use case. We file on your behalf and surface every step in the dashboard.
Which carriers do you support today?
Multiple tier-1 carriers are live in production, with more added on a rolling basis. Custom SMPP is available on the Scale plan.
How does billing work for resellers?
You set rate cards per sub-tenant and the platform handles per-segment metering, top-ups, refunds, and low-balance alerts automatically. Your margin shows up in real time.
What happens if a carrier fails mid-campaign?
Health-failover routes the next message to the backup carrier in under a second. Anything charged but not delivered is refunded automatically.
Can I bring my own carrier credentials?
Yes — Scale and Reseller plans support BYO carrier credentials and SMPP. Routing and failover work the same way.
Do you support Canada and international SMS?
Canada is supported with carrier-side compliance. International SMS is available on request — check with sales for destination coverage.
